We achieve this by keeping our records secure and having up to date computer security such as passwords, encryption and firewalls;

Hamilton Health Services clients can take comfort in knowing that all personal information gathered remains their personal property. If you require a copy of your files or further information, please contact Hamilton Health Services. A nominal fee may be charged based on the volume of information requested. 

Keep us up to date

Hamilton Health Services will do its best to ensure that your personal information is correct and kept current. We will keep your information as long as is necessary to continue to meet your customer needs and any legal requirements we may have. However, once your personal information is no longer needed, we will safely dispose of it. If your personal information changes, please inform us of the updates and any other information you feel is necessary.

It is the policy of the Hamilton Health Services that personal information, such as your name and email address or telephone number is private and confidential. Because your privacy is important to us, the Hamilton Health Services maintains an Internet privacy policy to protect the personal information you may be providing to us and will not be disclosed to any third party without user consent.

Like most standard website servers we use log files to track and monitor the user’s movement within our site. IP address are recorded, but are not linked to personally identifiable information. We use this information to measure the number of visitors to our site and its various sections and to help make our site more useful to visitors.
