If you require a copy of your files or further information, please contact Hamilton Health Services. A nominal fee may be charged based on the volume of information requested.

Hamilton Health Services will do its best to ensure that your personal information is correct and kept current. We will keep your information as long as is necessary to continue to meet your customer needs and any legal requirements we may have. However, once your personal information is no longer needed, we will safely dispose of it. Like most standard website servers we use log files to track and monitor the user’s movement within our site. IP address are recorded, but are not linked to personally identifiable information.
